I am having a great time with my friend and her family. My mum and I took them on a tour of Sakai. I also learnt many new things about my home town. We had a good opportunity see Sakai with new eyes. I am embarrassed that I have little knowledge of my own country when I visit many different places such as Sakai, Nara with them.
Learning English is very important for us but we also have to study more about Japan. If we don't then we can’t tell see what are strong and week points of our own country. There are many wonderful things our country. I would like to plan more explorations around Kansai.
There are one a few more days for my friends visit. I feel very happy to have such a great friend as her and I appreciate we can have have good relationship with both families.
We stayed at the same hotel and enjoyed endless talking at Nara. I would like to keep spending time with my friend and her family but I know it will have to end.
I can’t wait to tell my students about what I have learnt. I have learnt many important new things.
言葉で表すのがとっても難しいぐらい私の友人とその家族と素敵な時間をすごしている。私のお母さんが堺市ツアーに連れて行ってくれ堺のボランティアの方が詳しく説明をして下さりそれを彼女達に通訳した。私も一緒に堺について学んだ。（堺の歴史、外国との繋がり、古墳、鉄砲、等々）堺という町をこの年になって友人を案内する事で振り返る事が出来、又今迄と違う目で見る事が出来た。
今回堺や奈良を訪れ、恥ずかしい事に説明してもらった事はほとんど初めての情報だった・・・
英語を勉強する事はもちろん大切な事だけど、もっともっと日本や自分たちの町に付いて知る必要があると思う。もし知らなかったら私達の良い所や悪い所を伝える事ができない。
もっともっと自分の意見を持ち、そして意見交換が出来る子供達を育てて行かなければ・・・
日本には沢山の良い場所もあるし、良い事も沢山ある！！
子供達を連れて、関西探検ツアーを開催したい気分！！
あと少ししか一緒に入れない。こんなに大切な友達がいるって本当に嬉しい・・・
そして両方の家族がとっても良い関係で入れる事にも感謝。
奈良のホテルでは、よくそんなに話す事があるね・・・って言うぐらい話して話して話して話しまくった。楽しかったなぁ・・・
今回の旅で又私が直面した日本のダメダメと日本の良い部分を子供達に話すのが楽しみだなぁ・・
今回もとっても大切な事が気付けたなぁ。その事にも感謝です。
