My challenge ""RareJob"

I would start to take the lesson of RareJob.
RareJob is the on-line English conversation School.
Students can take lessons of English conversation via Skype.
Instructors are Philippine and most of them is college student.
I want to take it because I think I'm lacking in conversation skill.
Conversation training is not only progressing conversation skill,
but also progressing output skill and input skill by multiplier effect.
