Fried Bitter Melon(ゴーヤー) is one of the most popular Okinawan cuisine

"Achi ko ko ya", a lunch box stall or luncher, locates in Urasoe,
right in front of Urasoe Senior Highschool gate.
"achi ko ko" literally means steaming hot in Okinawan dialect,
and it gives image of freshly made dish.
Above is my favorite Goya or bitter melon lunch box.
Even main dish is from a packed lunch, it's still nice to place nicely on the plate.
