2022 was again a life living with covid.
I personally had some health issues.
I first got infected with covid.
I mean I tested negative, but I still believe that I was actually positive, which means it was false negative.
Later in summer, I got shingles. That was surprising. That was shocking. Am I getting thatold? Really?
And at the end of the year, I’ve got gastroenteritis. As a matter of fact, I’m now suffering from it.
今年は健康に…というわけにはいかず、数日レッスンも休んでしまいました、大きな反省点です。
やっぱり健康第一…Health Comes First です
何においてもやっぱり健康じゃないといけませんね。私は特に自分が体調を崩すと直接的に生徒さんに大きな影響を与えてしまう、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまう。
来年の目標はもう第一にそれですね、健康
来年は、アメブロも、もっと更新していこうと思っています。短いものでも、アップしていこうと思っております。
