Today’s image is simmered veggie and deep-fried TOFU.

I like the sort of dishes, I mean I enjoy eating veggie, but sometimes,

it does not make me feel shot. At the time, I suggest you cook it with deep-fried TOFU.

It is surprisingly convenient and delicious food. It would leave my tummy, too.

I love the food very much.

今日は小松菜の炊いたんです。菜っ葉を炊いても食べ応えがないときは、

厚揚げを一緒に炊くと一段とおいしく、食べ応えも出てきます。

焼き魚と一緒にいただくとおいしい和食の出来上がりです。

日本人でよかったと思う一品ですね。
