Today’s image is a hot spiced curry. Recently it is getting popular in Japan.
I am not sure but allegedly it seems like a Sri Lankan curry with some arrangement by the Japanese.
It appeared much liquid, but it tastes spicy and strong.
When I feel cold, it always makes me hot. So, I love eating both in winter and in summer.

本日はスパイスカレーです。最近流行っていますね。
インドカレーとは一味違っています。聞いたところによると、スリランカのあたりのカレーに日本人は少しアレンジを加えたと聞いています。本当かな？？
とにかくスパイスが聞いて、体調の悪い時に食べると一気に体温が上がり、元気になる気がします。(笑) スパイスは漢方薬なのであながち間違いではないと思います。(笑)
元気のない時はスパイスカレーを食べて元気になりましょう！
