I often make sandwiches with eggs and mayo, but today I also do one with mushrooms.
I wonder if it is the beginning of Autumn, I am craving mushrooms sometimes.
It looks like Italian food, but I add a little soy sauce to the dish.
The soy taste is an accent for its dish. I think soy taste also matches western food, bread.

いつも同じ卵のサンドイッチを作るのですが、(大好きなもんで、代わり映えしなくてすみません。) 今日はキノコのサンドイッチも作ってみました。秋だからでしょうか、キノコが恋しい季節です！昼間は暑いけど・・・こちらはイタリアンを思わせますが、私はいつも少し醤油を垂らします。
生粋の日本人でございますね！😂 醤油もパンに合いますよ～♪
