Today’s image is Goya, which is a vegetable, harvested in summer and tastes bitter very much.
To tell the truth, I do not like this very much, but it helps to stimulate the stomach with less work in summer because of hotness. I thought I should eat it at least once during summer.
This time, I made a Goya salad with tuna and corn, marinated with mayo. I thought it was failed, as it tasted too bitter for me. I should’ve boiled-sliced Goya before marinating. Washing it with salt and boiling it for a few seconds can ease the bitterness a little. If you do not like the bitter taste of the veggies, please try it once.
Since I did not boil it to remove the bad taste, when I eat the salad, it made me awake so much.

今日はゴーヤサラダです。ちょっと失敗しました。苦かった。塩もみしたのですが、私には苦かったです。少し湯がくと味が落ち着くので湯がけば良かったです。
しかしゴーヤは夏元気をくれる食べ物なので、苦手ですが、夏に一度か二度は食べることにしています。今回は、ツナとコーンでサラダにしてみました。沢山食べれないのでまだ半分残っています。今度は何にしようかしら・・
