8月の週末はずっと雨で外ヨガ開催できず🥺
１ヶ月ぶりに犀川の大桑地区の河川敷で外ヨガします🥳
この時期なので少人数で😩
外ヨガは天気に左右されるので
9月は
・県庁から車で3分のとある場所
・南町図書館すぐの築90年の町屋で
開催予定です🥰

The weather forecast showed its gonna be a sunny on this Saturday :)
Temperature will be up to 30 degrees which is not that bad!
So I’m planing to have an outdoor vigorous hatha yoga in 🇯🇵🇬🇧 as usual!
Not like indoor, we can enjoy nice breeze , the sounds of river, tweeting of birds 🦅
