We found a very nice honey shop in Ito but I'm sure it has branches pretty much everywhere including Tokyo. The shop sells honeys from everywhere in the world. I can spent hours trying different products and learning different ways of using it. A few months ago we discovered this line made by Sugi Bee Farm. They mix honey and fruits. We bought raspberry and honey, and blueberry and honey. You can use it as topping for your yoghurt or ice cream. Great flavor, superb taste and healthy! You can mix it with cream cheese and make a sandwich. In summer we made a drink with this honey, ice blocks and water. Delicious!
