I love green vegetables and we always eat green salad for dinner. We rarely buy salad dressing because I prefer to make my own. It's really simple to make one. All you need is your favorite herbs and spices. You can see my favorites in the photo below. Take 4 sprigs of Rosemary, 2 garlic cloves sliced, half tablespoon lightly crushed peppercorns, 2 small chillies finely sliced and one bay leave. Put all these ingredients in a saucepan with 500 ml extra virgin olive oil and heat until just boiling. Let cool. The next day strain the oil into a clean bottle and add a sprig of Rosemary and a few black peppercorns.
Finished product. Trikle this delicious flavored oil over vegetable salads, grilled chicken,or freshly baked pizza, or, use it as a dip for bread. Bon appetit!
