ｲｷﾞﾘｽの働き方週休2日制度
可決されれば働き方が変わるかもと
情報で大きく取り上げられてるのを見ました。
私個人的な意見としては
すごくいい取組み
可決されればいいなぁなんて思っています。
ちなみに日本人は
働きすぎだと感じます、それに加え
・育児休暇とれるのはほんの一部
・人手不足
・物価高騰してるのに安給料
・年収の壁問題
・長時間労働
・副業禁止
・残業手当未納
は大問題
とても深刻だと思います。
今や副業は当たり前のように
社会にもなってきてるのに
未だ駄目な会社もあるとお聞きしますし
育児休暇はあるのに
実際それを取得できるのは
ほんの一握りとも聞いています。
そして休日。
皆さんおやすみはちゃんと
取れていますか？
ただ週休2日より3日あれば
気持のﾓﾁﾍﾞｰｼｮﾝ的にも
頑張れちゃいませんか？
そのﾌﾟﾗｽ一日増えただけで
気持ちの在り方は
全然違ってくるなぁと感じます。
私も経験済み
そのお仕事や内容にもよって
働き方は変わってきますけど。
せめて午前中だけとか
午後だけとか半出勤も理想。
その半日を＝お仕事
その半日を＝自分の大切にしたい自由時間
効率よく働ける環境がみつかると
みんなが暮らしやすく
もっと豊かになるのでは？
せめてｲｷﾞﾘｽのように
参考になる理想の働き方が
いつか日本企業にもくることを望んでます。
