「我慢する」、「頑張りすぎる」とか
色々遠回り、空回りもしてきましたけど
しかもそれ沢山乗り越えてきた事も、、、
今はもうそういうことが
必要ではないんやなぁ〜
自分が心底大切にしている事と
丁寧に生きていたいですね。

歳を重ねる度に自由で
楽しくなるって言うけれどこれ本当っ！
歳を重ねる度そんな風におもいます。
あっ。ちなみに誤解がないよう
お伝えしておきますけど
ゆるゆるさんは決して妥協する
とか、頑張らないとかじゃないです。
人生後半からは
とにかく何事も自由にゅるゅるしながら
愉しむ事が大切だなぁ〜と改めて。
