自分のできないことばかりを見てる人

部分しか見てないから
気持ちも「No」で
受け取ってしまっているから
息詰まるし、辛くなっちゃう。泣
完全にできないことばかりの自分を
意識的に取り込んじゃってるから
それって本当にもったいないので
今日から自分高めるﾄﾚーﾆﾝｸﾞ
してみてください♡
やり方はとても簡単
自分ﾄﾚの第一歩は
できない意識を
取込んでしまってることを卒業
できる事に目をむける
できるに目を向けた、
その意識を変えた後は
自分にできることを
楽しみながら前に進むだけ〜♡
以外にふと周りを見回したら
自分ができる楽しいことって
沢山あったりする。
飾るお花がない時もわざわざ買いにいきません
既に自分の目の前に在るお花を飾って楽しむ工夫を
その為に「庭」を創ったのですから。笑
例え年とってもね。年齢関係なく
できる事って自分の周りに
宝のようにあったりするから〜
その宝物達も別に
大きくなくていいんです。
小さなことで十分
自分中の「できること」に心通わせて
できないことだけ見ないように
自分の今できることで
人生楽しむことを最優先すると
人生は益々いい方向へ
好転します
実は私も意識を変えたら
好転真っ最中〜＾＾笑笑
