Japan environment planning has some bio technology which produces alcohol from cotton.
Now some retail companies accept some used wear as Fukufuku project which works with Japan environment planning.
Muji accepts it from 1 through 21 June.
SELF+SERVICE accepts it from 1 through 30 June.
Marui group accepts it from 1 through 27 June(in case of swimming wear and yukata or summer cotton kimono,through 31 July).
Wasted cotton turns to energy.
