白米 上に黒ゴマをちらしてます
rice sprinkled black sesame seeds
昨日 朝 時間がなくてお弁当を作らなかったので
yesterday I did't make my bento because of no time to cook
昨日の お弁当にいれるはずだった ナゲットと上海焼きそばは
今日の お弁当にいれました
so nugget and noodle were prexerved in fridge and I took them
in my bento
