久しぶりにスイミング。
お風呂に入れない方もいるというのに、
ごめんなさい
と思いつつもありがとう~と思いながら1.5キロ
ひたすらクロールとドルフィンキックでスイスイ

私、大好きなんです。
泳ぐの。
ぜーんぶ忘れて
自分の呼吸の音と、水の間に体を通す感覚
大事に味わってきました

人それぞれ、
自分がHAPPYになれることって違います。
あなたのHAPPYな時間って
いつですか?
HAPPYになれた時って、
なんでもできるような気分になりますよね?

I thanked every stroke
