EPA is setting a new stage for regulating carbon dioxide and other gases blamed for global warming. EPA says that heat-trapping gas is a threat to public health.
EPA reports that rising level of carbon dioxide increase drought and cause more flooding. Some from petroleum industry say, however, that this new regulation impacts every aspect of daily lives: offices, schools, hospitals, and even backyard barbecue.
Envronmental groups have applauded the regulation.
