📝【 ①：「初めてなんです」と言うときの This is my first time ~】
This is my first time to come up here.：ここに登るの初めてなの。
first timeは「初めてのこと」という意味です。This is my first time ~ とすることで「今回が～することが初めてです」という言い回しになります。この文章のように time 以降に to do をつけて何が初めてかを言うことができるとありますが、time の後には ［動名詞（~ing形）］か［現在完了］で表したほうがより自然な英語に聞こえます。

I’ll play it for the first time in seven years!：私７年ぶりにやるんだ。
first timeは「初めてのこと」なので for the first time と文末に付けると「初めて～をした」という意味になります。《［in ＋期間］で「（ある一定の期間のうちで）初めて～をした」》という意味になり、ニュアンス的には「初めて」というよりも、その期間はやってないという「〇〇ぶりに初めて＝久しぶり」という感じになります。

first timeは「初めてのこと」を表す語句です。《［This is the first time］＋ 現在完了（that 節）／動名詞 （~ing形）》の型で「これをするのは今回が初めてだ」と言いうときの定番のフレーズです。
学校や今回の教材でも This is my first time to do を使っていますが first time の後には［現在完了（that 節）／動名詞 （~ing形）］がくるのが自然な言い方になります。to do には「未来に向けて～する」というニュアンスがあるので、例えば相手に「〇〇は初めてですか？」と聞かれたときには、これからそれをするのではなく、すでにそれを行っていたり、訪れていたして「初めてです」と答える訳ですから［現在完了（that 節）／動名詞 （~ing形）］で答えるのが会話として自然な流れになります。
