Do they have ~? で「～はあるかな？」ということです。Do you have ~ ?といえば直接相手に「～はありますか？」と尋ねる表現になります。
Do they have the same one in の後ろに色やサイズを加えると「同じものの色違い、サイズ違い」を表すことができます。in red で「赤色の」ということです。

same は「同じ」という意味で使うときには必ず the をつけて使います。the は［特定のモノ］を指すときにつけます。「何かと同じ」と言いたい場合には［特定のモノ］を指すので、このthe が欠かせなくなります。また the same hat as this「これと同じ帽子」のように「～と」と言う場合には as を必ずつくので忘れないようにして下さい。
