ヤヨイとジョナスは帰国するラージために送別会の計画を立てています。
Yayoi： Did you hear that Raj is going back to India.
➡：ラージがインドに帰るって、聞いた？
Jonas： Yeah, I'm going to miss him.
➡：ああ、彼がいなくなると寂しくなるなるよ。
Yayoi： We should give him a farewell party
➡：彼の送別会を開かなきゃね。
Jonas： Of course, after all he's done for us. So, we need book a good restaurant.
➡： もちろん、これだけお世話になっているんだから、いいレストランを予約しなきゃいけないね。
Yayoi： And buy a present and make a card with messages.
➡：それから、プレゼントを買って、メッセージ入りのカードを作りましょう。
Jonas： Right, but I'm really busy now.
➡： そうだね、でも今は本当に忙しいんだよ。
Yayoi： So, you're saying that I have to do all that, right?
➡：つまり、全部私がやらなきゃいけないということよね？
Jonas： Er, maybe?
➡：ええと、そうしてくれる？

You're saying that I have to do all that, right?：私がそれを全部しなければならないと言っているのですね？
「あなたが言っているのは私がそれを全部やらなくてはいけないということですね」ということです。相手が言ったことに対して「（あなたが言っているのは）こういうことですか？」と確認するときのフレーズです。You're saying that で「あなたが言っているの～ということですね」という意味です。文中のように、文頭にSoを付けて So, you're saying that I have to do all that. のように使われることが多いです。
Are you saying that ～?「～と言うこと？」という言い方もできます。話が中断して You were saying?「何を話してたっけ？」相手に同意したりするときは I know what you're saying.「言いたいことはわかるよ」
