相手が見ている物や、自分にも見せて欲しいときに使うフレーズです。動詞 let には「（人に望み通り）～させる」という意味があります。《 Let me + 動詞の原形 で「私に～させてください」》 で、相手に自分の要望や希望を伝えたり、へりくだってお願いをするときに、使えるフレーズです。Let me check も同じ意味で使われます。have a look 「ちょっと見てる」とすることで look だけで使うよりも軽い砕けたニュアンスになっています。

⏩ ドラマ内では 口語で「テイクアウト」として使っていますが、通常注文時には Take a way や to go と言うのが一般的です。使うのであれば take-out food の方が伝わります。

It says they deliver if you older three items or more.：3品以上頼むと届けてくれると書いてある。
⏩ or more は「それ以上に／少なくとも」なので three items or more「3品以上で」となります。
