Call TALL free?

Fix it English Lesson!

I saw this on the other day in English:

Sounds like a really big number!!!

"Please call tall free number and follow the guidance."

1) "tall" should be "toll"
2) we need to add "the" before "toll"
3) "guidance" should be "instructions"

So we then have: "Please call the toll free number and follow the instructions."

Then: "Instructions for 8 languages."

1) "for" should be "in"
2) we need a verb! lets add "are"

So we get: "Instructions are in 8 languages."

One question I have is, who can read that? If the person can't read Japanese or English, how does that in English and Japanese help them????
