eBayのトップページ左一番上eBayのロゴマークの上の
Customer Support ＞ Contact eBay ＞ Selling ＞ Getting Started ＞ Listing Items
と入っていくと出品制限についての説明書が見つかります。
最初のセラーさんの場合、様子見されているだけですので
きちんとルールに従って、実績を積めば制限も解除されていきます。
