手段を述べるとき、車や電車で行くときはby car/trainと言いますが、特定（具体的）の乗り物に言及するときはbyではなくonを使います。

前置詞はwithではなくfor

2. The book is concerned with the destruction of the rain forests.
3. The book is about the destruction of the rain forests.
すべて正しいですが、３が一番簡単です。
concern/concernedは使い方に迷います。
