Aloha, guys.

クリスマスツリー Eggs 'n Things Japan is doing "Christmas Whipped Tree Pancakes" for Christmas this year. The Christmas pancakes started on November 24, following Thanksgiving Day that fell on Nov. 23 this year. They will be available till Dec. 25, which means Christmas Day, you know.

As I've mentioned many times, my honey Kouta was born on December 3, 1968. He becomes 50 years old next month. "Hau'oli la Hanau" in advance.バースデーケーキ You definitely live much longer than you imagined when you were younger, and you should. Grow old with me.グリーンハーツ

"Hau'oli la Hanau" means "Happy Birthday" in Hawaiian language.クラッカー

Kouta, I hope you come back safe and sound.

Their Christmas pancakes are served with green whipped cream sprinkled with shining stuff. It's like a Christmas tree, right? It's so cute.

To tell the truth, when I first saw their Christmas pancakes, they reminded me of one of their last year's Christmas pancakes. They offered two Christmas pancakes last year, and one of the two is called  "HAUHAU" Strawberry Pancakes:

These pictures are from another blog post "E Hoomau Maua Kealoha."

Well, my hon's favorite color is deep green like the image color of Tully's Coffee, so that's why I wore the green outfit in the pictures.

The photos remind me they served their Hot Kona Coffee with a white mug at the time as you see. They started useing their original mug cups for Hot Kona Coffee maybe around March this year. The mug has been available as one of the goods available only in Eggs 'n Things restaurants located in Japan, and I hear it sells well especially after they started offering Hot Kona Coffee using it in the restaurants.

Oh, by the way...

I found they stopped serving seasonal beverages this year. I really enjoyed trying them. My favorite ones were Cherry Blossom one which was available durng the spring last year and Christmas one that was offered last winter.

This one was one of the winter-limited beverages served last year; "Winter Vacation." It was so beautiful, isn't it? It was awesome.

Well, I remember I saw this Christmas tree at Eggs 'n Things Ginza last year, when Tatsuya-san was its store manager. He's served aas the store manager of Eggs 'n Things Odaiba right now. We really trust him.

I think they should restart their seasonal beverages. They always did several seasonal beverages. If it's difficult, maybe they should offer just one or two seasonal ones, I think.

Anyway ...

This year's Christmas pancakes. I had them in Eggs 'n Things Odaiba.

See? They look like the same. But one thing different is that this year's green whipped cream has sprinkes on it, and another thing is this year's strawberries are covered with powdered sugar, which are like covered by snow.

Above all, they taste different. I remember I really liked last year's. This year's Christmas pancakes are also great. This year's have vanilla yogurt sauce and it's so refreshing. But, to be honest, I think I prefered last year's ones.

Though they are serving just one kind of Christmas pancakes this year while they offered two last years, they'll be doing "Mochiko Chiken" from Dec. 7 till 25. I'm really looking forward to trying it out. Can't wait.

By the way, as I told you in the previous blog post, I'll show you how many colors do Eggs 'n Things Odaiba have for their "Lei."

Well, they have pink, yellow, orange, and purple. Try your favorite color.

Say "Hau'oli la Hanau," or "Happy Birthday," to Kouta on December 3.

I think I'll write another blog post today if possible.
