It has been a while since I wrote a blog post so today, I will write about 「 JUNON × AMUSE アイドルオーディショングランプリ 」 that I have watched yesterday.
I was already getting sleepy and anxious at the same time as I was for the live stream to start. The live stream started at 15:07.

The show started and they introduced themselves one by one and of course, I'm definitely cheering for my three favorites. :)) Don't get me wrong, I support all of them but I'm still quite biased. xD
My favorite moment was when Yoshizawa Ryo and Yamada Anna gave them a good luck speech.
AND of course, Koya's smiling face afterwards. He said that he has been Oryo's fan for 4 years already.
During the group performance, I tried live tweeting so I'm writing my comments for them here too.
First group
It's just the first performance and here I am tearing up. I feel so proud!!
They we're asked by the MC if they we're a family, what are their roles and Kairu was a pet. xD
Second group
Second performance group had improved in terms of their vocals but their dance is still a so-so for me.
Third group
Last performance group is still amazing for me!! Their vocals improved too!!
I like how Daimo is still in his stiff character. The member said he's the baka character in the group. 😂😂
Appeal or talent portion
Finalist 01 - Yuji
- During the group performance, he already showcased his human beat box so this time, he sang in acapella.
Finalist 02 - Renon
- He did Awa Odori. Awa Odori is a festival dance.
Finalist 03 - Izumi
- He performed Rakugo. Rakugo is comic monologue story telling. He performed two of it and the second one made everyone laugh (the media men are laughing out loud).
Finalist 04 - Koya
- He played the keyboard. If I remember correctly, he played a Sekai no Owari song, I don't remember the title though.
Finalist 05 - Tomohiro
- He sang Team Handsome's "White Serenade". I don't remember what he said anymore but at that moment, yes, I do feel the same (about Team Handsome). He sang it really really good it's just that he can't reach high notes.
Finalist 06 - Ryoga
- He danced energetically.
Finalist 07 - Kiseki
- He also danced but he wore a wig. 😅 He danced really lively that the wig fell down before the end. And oh, what's the micstand even there for? Lol.
Finalist 08 - Rikuya
- He danced. The way he moves his body is really something.
Finalist 09 - Yuma
- He ate onigiri. 😂 And he guessed which onigiri was bought from 7 Eleven. He almost got choked so the staff gave him water.
Finalist 10 - Kairu
- He introduced himself if English although in the latter part wherein he is translating what he said to Japanese, he said "trampoline" instead of the other one (I forgot. ugh). Then he showed a basic gymnastics move too.
Finalist 11 - Daimo
- THE MOST INTERESTING TALENT OF ALL!! REALLY!! 😂😂 Since his talent is swimming and it would be hard to do. He recited the value of pi instead BUT he did it bending his back. The MC said that he is smart but he replied, that in the group, he was a "baka character". xD
Finalist 12 - Koki
- He did tiktok challenge. It is wherein he drank a bottle of water straight as he crumple the bottle of water. Is it 15 or 30 seconds?
Finalist 13 - Yuto
- He recited the train stations while doing some basic training exercise such as push up and jumping jack.
Finalist 14 - Kyo
- Only the basic skateboard trick. I would actually love to see more but it's hard given the set up.
I have this story during the announcement of the winners...
When they're going to announce the winners for LATCH Award, I'm already thinking that "Izumi is going to get this award, I'm sure of it!!". I even thought of a message for Izumi, "this is the first step in being an actor, wishing you the best of luck!!".
...and when Izumi's name was called first, I'm so happy although in my head I'm already certain that it will happen.
Announcing the semi grand prix, they called out Tsunematsu Yuri to give the award. When she announced that the semi grand prix award goes to Number 10, Sawada Kairu, I'm so happy that I almost teared up!!
This is Kairu's first hand expression when it was announced that he won semi grand prix.
Tsunematsu Yuri gave a brief message to them. Also she asked what will Kairu do with the money that he had won to which he responded "I don't have plans yet" and "bank" to which she said that "as expected from a young man" while smiling.
For the grand prix, they called out Nomura Shuhei. Shuhei is the grand winner of 2009 Amuse nationwide audition.
So here goes another story again... When Shuhei is going to announce the grand prix winner, I'm already thinking that "it would be nice if it would be Izumi". And he called out Number 03, Isono Izumi and yaaaay ~\(≧▽≦)/~ it's Izumi again!! I clapped out loud. :))

Afterwards, Shuhei gave a brief message for them too. I do remember him saying something about the prize money and that it is unforgivable. Lol. Kidding aside, his message for them was "Even if it's not Amuse, even if it's at the other agency, never give up on your dreams". Short part but very meaningful.
