it's been really a long time but i recently received a phone call from unknown number, who just hang up on me right after i answered the call. i was to call back the number but i felt something and checked the number on the internet. and it turned out to be those one-ring phone scams. in my case, the number was 0992xxxxxxx (i don't remember the last 7 digits).
if you call back the number in your received call list, which you don't know, this will lead you to 1-900 sort of number and will charge you expensive phone bill. so, if you don't know the number, do not call back.
久しぶりにワン切り。電話に出た瞬間に切られたのですぐに折り返そうと思ったんですが、ふと何かを感じてとりあえず市外局番をネットで調べて見ました。で、出てきたのがワン切りでした。自分の場合、かかってきた番号は0992-xxxxxxx（下7桁覚えておらず）でした。
と言うわけで着信履歴に残っている覚えていない番号にかけるといわゆる有料ダイヤルに繋がってしまうらしいので折り返さないように。

*of course, the call may be from someone you know but don't remember the number, so the area code i wrote above doesn't necessarily be the one-ring phone scam. if you don't know the number, always check it before calling back.
＊勿論、知り合い等からの電話で単に番号を覚えていないだけの場合もあるので、上記の市外局番が必ずしもワン切りというわけではありません。見知らぬ番号から電話がかかってきた場合は、折り返す前に必ず確認しましょう。
