i usually drink "ukon no chikara (or turmeric power)" when i go out and drink. now, there is a compact size sheet like ukon. this is from my wife. you just put it on your tongue and the sheet will melt. the taste is kinda strange but works.
外で飲んだりする時はいつも「ウコンの力」を飲んでいるんですが、今ではこんなコンパクトなシート状のものもあるんですね。これはうちの奥さんから。このシートを舌の上に乗せるとそのまま溶けます。味はちょっと？？な感じですが、まぁいい感じです。
