since my wife received a package full of shabu shabu set, we had shabu shabu dinner at home, which was the first time. this thin sliced polk is nothing but delicious!! usually, when you eat shabu shabu, you put cooked polk into dipping sauce but you don't need the sauce for this set. also, you have to remove scum but there's no scum from this polk. try this when you get a chance.
うちの奥さんがパッケージいっぱいのしゃぶしゃぶセットを頂いたので、自宅で初めてのしゃぶしゃぶディナー。この黒豚が美味い!! 通常、しゃぶしゃぶを食べる時は肉をタレにつけますが、このセットの場合にはタレが必要ありません。また、あくを取り除かなければならないんですが、これもあくがほとんど出ないんで必要なし。機会がありましたら、ぜひお試しを。
