this is shochu (distilled spirit) called "arita," which was made of barley. as you can see the number on the label, the proof in the us scale is 86! usually, shochu is somewhere around 40 to 50, so this is really strong one, and this one tastes really like grappa, amazing taste. i've never had shochu like this before. i got this one from my brother-in-low, thanks a lot!!
これは「有田」という麦焼酎です。ご覧のように、ラベルに記載されている度数は43度!! 通常、焼酎の度数は20～25度程度なのでこれはかなり強いお酒です。で、これがまたグラッパのような味で凄いのなんのって。こんな焼酎、飲んだことありません。義理の兄から頂きました。有難うございます!!
