fortunately, i have been spending busy days lately. with regard to dietary regulation, of course i'm still working on it, and the body weight is now 64.2kg, which means i have lost 2kg since the beginning (about two weeks). as far as pinching fat in various parts of my body, i think i could lose 4 more kilos at least.
お陰様で最近は忙しい日々を送っています。で、食事制限なんですが、勿論、依然として継続中でありまして体重は64.2kg。つまりは開始(2週間)から2kg減といったところです。身体のあちこちの脂肪をつまむ限りでは、少なくともあと4kgは落とせるような感じです。
but whenever i'm on dietary regulation, i get various stuff affects my weight such as the pic below. the other day, my big bro sent me 2kg of lamb meat
しか~し!! そんな時に限って下の写真にあるような、体重に影響を及ぼすあれこれ色んなものを頂くんですよね・・・。先日も、兄から2kgのラム肉を送ってもらったりとか。

or course, i'll eat. my point to dietary regulation is that i eat breakfast and lunch as usual but limit dinner such as eating only yogurt with chopped banana. gradually losing weight, instead of doing that in short time is much healthier, i think.
勿論、食べますよ。自分の食事制限のポイントは、朝と昼は普通どおりに食べて夜は刻んだバナナとヨーグルトだけ、みたいに制限するやり方です。短時間ではなく、徐々に体重を減らす方がより健康的、と思っています。
