my school where i was graduated from was a "college" but i just found out that they became "university," which surprised me a lot!! i found out about that while i was refering to graduate degrees. although i think there are no differences in college and university as long as what you would like to study is available but i always had kinda like inferiority to my friends and my wife as most of them were graduated from "university." but now, i guess i get relief from such inferiority!!
自分が卒業した学校は「カレッジ（大学）」だったんですが、それが現在では「ユニバーシティ（総合大学）」になっているのを発見。これには驚かされました!! 学士号に関してちょっと調べていた時に分かったことです。自分が学びたいものがその学校にある限り、それが「大学」であれ「総合大学」であれ違いは無いと思うのですが、それでも友達や奥さんに対する劣等感のようなものは持っていました。というのも、ほとんどが「ユニバーシティ」を卒業していたからです。でも今は、そういった劣等感のようなものから解放された感じ!!
