just got back from week long visit to my hometown. i think i could refresh pretty much there. thanks to my parents and friends who all spared time for me. now, i have to face back to the real life.....
1週間の帰省から戻りました。充分リラックスすることができたと思います。時間を割いてくれた両親や友人たち、アリガト。さてと、これからは現実の生活に戻らなければなりませんね・・・。

pheasant condition as of yesterday: still holding eggs. i checked it this morning, and it was still the same. as pheasant is a national bird of japan, we can do nothing but just watching.
昨日の時点でのキジの状況：依然として卵を温めています。今朝もチェックしたのですが、変わりはありませんでした。キジは国鳥なので、見守っている以外どうすることもできないんですよね。

i tried not to eat too much while i was in my hometown, and actually, i did it but i gained..... so, i have to have dietary regulation from tomorrow. be careful about metabolic syndrome!!
帰省している間は食べ過ぎないように注意していまして、実際のところ、食べ過ぎなどは無かったんですが体重は増えてしまいました・・・。と言うわけで、明日からは食事制限しなければなりませんな。メタボリック症候群には気をつけよう!!

as i recall, it's been a really long while since i saw the lancscape last time. i now regret that i did not take any pics of night sky as it is really beautiful there.....
そう言えば、景色を眺めたのは随分と久しぶりでした。それで今、夜空の写真を撮っていなかったことに後悔・・・。綺麗なんですよね。
