i listened to some music in really loud volume (of course, i used headphones) last night. i did it for about a couple of hours. then today, i got a noise on my left year (i still hear that)..... did i f*** my ear??
昨晩、大音量で音楽を2時間ほど聴いていたんですが（勿論、ヘッドフォン着用）、今日、左耳から耳鳴りがしてるんですよね（未だに）。やっちゃったんでしょうか??
