the other day, my wife told me to massage+scrub body with salt. actually, it seems like pretty good, and it also makes me think of myself being purified (actually, it does??), which is good too.

it's cold today as it's been like that with cold wintry wind. but i am opening the window to get fresh air. of course, it's damn cold!!
