fancy meat

i was going to clean up the garden but took a day off (well, i just didn't feel like it though).

庭を掃除する予定でしたが、お休みにしました（ただ単にやる気が無かっただけのことですが）。

there is a yakiniku restaurant we often go, called "tonton-tei," nearby our home. there, meats are all good but the best one is the fancy meat (or variety meeat). the meat is real soft and fatty. also the point is, everytime we go there, there's only one customer or nobody there, even on weekends!" whatever they serve is really good and delicious but i wonder how the owner runs the business.....

家の近所によく行く「とんとん亭」という焼肉屋がありまして、そこではお肉は勿論おいしいんですが、最高なのはホルモン。もう柔らかくて脂身もたっぷり。もう一つのポイントは、いつ行ってもお客さんが一人、ないしはゼロ（週末でさえもね）!! 出されるものはどれも本当においしいんですが、おかみさんはどうやって切り盛りしているのか気になるところです。
