i did translation all day today at my work. in the morning, i translated english documents into japanese. i did the opposite in the afternoon. i have been doing this for the last 4 years but the translation is just a part of my job. so, anyway, my english should be better but it's not. i learn many words everyday but at the same time i forget more words..... i guess it is because i just hit the keyboard instead of write english on the paper. i need to do something to keep up my skill, don' i?
今日は仕事で一日中翻訳をやってました。午前中は英語の書類を日本語に翻訳。午後は反対のことを。翻訳はかれこれ4年ほどやってますが、これはあくまでも仕事の一部。というわけで、自分の英語は良くなっているはずなんですが、違います。毎日、たくさんの単語を学びますが、それ以上に忘れてしまうのです・・・。忘れてしまう理由、紙に書くのではなくキーボードを叩いているだけだからなのでしょう。英語力を維持するため、何かする必要があります、ね？
