For 10 years, I waited for this moment. And, I did wait.

I thought I would feel ecstatic. And, I did not.

I though it would be a victory in our war on terror. And, it is not.

But, It is a good thing that he is dead.
Bravo to your military intelligence; Our Navy Seals: Our men and
women who fight for our freedom.

Osama bin Laden's death did not bring closure to my mind.
My memories of 9/11/2001 will not fade away just because this
murderer is dead.
My memories of that day are as vivid today as they were ten years ago.
It felt rather empty, ambivalent, seeing people celebrate the death of our enemy. I understood it, but I do not accept the celebration so easily.
I became disquieted in the remembrance of the days immediately
following 9/11: Middle-Eastern Muslims dancing in exhilaration and
chanting "death to America."
I didn't like it then; I am not sure I liked it when I witness Americans doing it.
Osama bin Laden's death brought closure to some people, I guess,

But not to me.

Never Forget.
