The entrances of Duplex Tower decorated with 'Shimekazri(scared Shinto rope with festoons)'. "Shimekazari" is a twisted straw rope with fern leaves, an orange and items of good items. It is generally hung on entrances during the New Year seasons and served as a charm against evil spirits and keep in sacred places as living places.
