- Those who graduated from high school have 12 years of high school and have passed the entrance exam to university in Vietnam with a score of over 15 points and no subjects below 4 (points 14.75 and 3.75 are not accepted)
- Those who are studying at a university in Vietnam, who have not graduated from university with a university entrance test score of more than 15 points and have no subjects below 4 (points 14.75 and 3.75 are not allowed to accept receive)
