6月19日売却代金の支払い（決済）を控えて私がお願いしている事務弁護士のJennyからメールが届きました。
確認のため3種類の書類に私の署名が必要だとのことです。
I have attached terms of engagement for the sale. Please confirm acceptance by simply replying to this e mail.
I have also attached the following documents which you need to have signed:
A & I. Please print the document off and take it to a Notary Public to have it signed and witnessed. You will sign on the bottom of the first page and the Notary will sign and add their details on the second page. You will need to take your passport as ID and have the Notary certify a copy. Please return the signed A & I and a copy of your certified ID
Tax form. Please answer question 10 then sign on question 20 and date. You do not need to include any tax information as you have an exemption as you are the administrator of an estate. Please scan and return.
I will also need details of a bank account where you want the funds deposited to. Please include the full name of the bank and the SWIFT code and BSB. I ask that you ring at some point to also verbally verify the account number as a protection against hackers.
Please have the documents signed and returned to me in time for settlement 19 June 2020.

That looks perfect. Can you please ring some time to verbally confirm the account number – this is a policy due to some firms having been hacked and details changed on e mails.
