修理を要する箇所がかなりあるようです。

Overall this dwelling was found in a reasonable state. 全般評価:可
1. 屋根、雨樋、外壁:Exterior maintenance such as roof, gutter and exterior cleaning will be required as a build up of leaves, debris and grime is found.
2. 植栽:Large trees are found on this property. These tress appear overgrown and are growing over the roof area. These trees should be trimmed away(伐採) from the roof area.
3. 梁:A large plaster clad(漆喰の化粧板) beam. This beam will require further inspection by a LBP (建設会社)to provide advice around modification and repair.
4. 浴室:There are elevated moisture readings found in both the bathroom(共用浴室) and ensuite(主寝室内浴室). These are found on either side of both showers. Timber skirtings(木製の幅木) and wall linings(内壁) are damaged in both areas.
5. 枠組み構造: A LBP will be required to repair these areas and provide further investigation into the state of the internal framing timber.
