Prepared a meal inspired by Japanese...stew?
I don't know the right term for this.

Bought dozens of ingredients. Some of them we bought already from Japan. Like panko and udon noodles.

Don't laugh. 笑 It was delicious.
Especially the deep fried shrimp. *r* aah.


Tomorrow we will be making nikuman and tonkatsu....
probably also.... KOMANECHI CAKE. ( ´艸｀)
