Oven apple yoghurt - my favorite!! (or at least current favorite.)
And for testing I bought new cloudberry cheesecake yoghurt.

This is "mämmi." Traditional Finnish easter pudding.
I don't like the taste of it. (笑) It is made of water, rye flour and powdered rye malt.

Actually I haven't tasted mämmi for years... Maybe this year I will give it a try...?
