It is one of Japanese KIMONO, but it is casual one.
We usually wear when the firework festival in summer.
It is not formal so we can wear them freely.
If we try to wear the traditional one, it has many rules and how to wear is also difficult.
We have to learn how to do at classes.
But this one is not so difficult compared with the traditional one.
I could do 10 years ago...but now I forget it.
I had a chance to wear it in Vietnam, my husband's company's anniversary party was held last month.
My neighbor helped me to wear it then.
She is good at it because she learned SADO before.
SADO is one of Japanese traditional lesson and official party of SADO, we need to wear KIMONO.
So she can do all by herself.
I respect her, want to learn how to do.
The party was so exciting.
Always noisy...I was worried my son but wearing ear muffs he looked relieved and enjoyed spending the time.
My son wore JINBEI at the party, it is a kind of KIMONO but usually it is for men especially boys.
I made this one for him last year.
My daughter also wore YUKATA as same as me.
My father in low gave her last year as her birthday present.
It is so cute I think!!!!
I wish my husband had YUKATA or JINBEI.
