不妊治療を始めて２年ちょっと。１周期でも早く妊娠したくてしたくて、出来ることは全てやってやるという意気込みで不妊治療に取り組んできました。
今日はRCTに転院して３回目の移植判定のことを書きたいと思います。
※陽性判定の話になりますので、苦手な方はお戻りください。初の陽性になります。苦手な方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、陽性が突然きて私自身、次は何やるのかどうしたらいいのか全く情報を持ち合わせておらず困惑したので
情報提供も兼ねて書きたいと思います。
この日は平日だったので、仕事が終わってからいける6pm アポにしました。
事前採血があるので、ダッシュでクリニックへ。
5:25pm チェックイン
待合室は３割くらいしか埋まっていませんでした。
5:30pm 採血
採血室は、今まで１人分の席しかありませんでしたが、
２席に増えていました！
でも、呼ばれるのは一人ずつ。。
6:20pm 診察
初めて会う若い感じの先生。
採血結果の用紙が先生の左側に置いてありました。
簡単な挨拶をして、すぐに結果用紙を見せてくれました。
結果はhcg=890！
前回の40倍近い数字。
他にはいくつか用意していた質問を確認しました
・ずっと腹痛がある、貧血っぽくてクラクラする→ホルモンバランスのせい
・サプリは継続していいのか？
ビタミンD・B・C→出産まで継続
葉酸→12週まで継続
・ユベラ→飲みきり
・生活は通常通りでいい
・今後の通院スケジュール→来週、胎嚢確認。その後は２週間おきに心拍確認を３回程度。
・手持ちの薬を持参していたので、その数を数えながら、追加の薬を処方
いったん陽性が出ても、流れてしまうこともあるし、前回の経験もあるので
すごい喜ぶというより、ひとつの山を乗り越えられたことの安心感の方が大きかったです。
6:45pm 追加の薬を受け取る＠処置室
・追加の薬をスケジュール表と一緒に受け取る
プレマリンは２錠x（朝・昼・夜）だったのが、３錠x（朝・夜）に。
つわりで飲みにくくなることがあるために、回数を減らすとのこと。
陽性判定後の注意点等がまとめられた用紙を受け取る。

Hi everyone,
I am writing about the day I went to the clinic for pregnancy test.
As it was a weekday, I made an appointment at 6pm.
I rushed to the clinic after work for blood examination.
5:25pm Checked-in
Only 30% of waiting room was occupied, which seemed empty.
5:30pm Blood examination
In the blood examination room, there had been only one sheet but one sheet was added.
But only one person was invited to the room at the same time.
A medical staffed collected my blood for pregnancy test.
6:20pm Counseling
The doctor had an examination result on the desk.
After short greetings, he gave me the form and it showed hcg=893.4, which is positive.
I asked some questions prepared.
-I have stomachace and small faint →it is because of balance of hormone level
-How long do I need to keep supplement?
→ D/B/C→Keep taking till the birth
→Folic→keep taking till 12week
-Juvela→take all I have; no additional supply
- normal life is recommended
-Next step →Fetal sac check in a week & Heart rate check every 2 weeks
There is a possibility to loose this pregnancy, I was not super happy just relived to overcome one big step.
6:45pm Received a set of medicine by the next visit @treatment room
-Received some additional medicine and a schedule of medicine
The number of Premarin to take has changed from 2 dose x 3 times/day to 3 dose x 2 times/day. It is because some patients cannot take medicine many times because of sickness.
-Received a form which summarized the points to happen during the next steps
