※陽性判定の話になりますので、苦手な方はお戻りください。初の陽性になります。苦手な方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、陽性が突然きて私自身、次は何やるのかどうしたらいいのか全く情報を持ち合わせておらず困惑したので
情報提供も兼ねて書きたいと思います。
今日は、胎嚢確認のためにクリニックへ行った時のことを書きたいと思います。
陽性判定後、１週間で胎嚢確認となりました。
18:00アポ。30分前採血がないので、仕事を終えてからのんびりクリニックへ。
17:30pm チェックイン
待合室は３割程度しか埋まっておらず、座る席もすぐに見つかる。
17:36pm 内診
内診室へ呼ばれる。
採卵周期や移植周期の時の、卵胞確認や内膜の厚さ確認と同様に１畳ほどの広さの着替え室で支度をして内診室へ移動。（スカートは履いたままでOK）
すぐに先生が着て体調に変化ないことを確認。
ここでも採卵周期や移植周期と同様の器具を使って内診。
グリグリしばらく探してると、黒い画面にふわっと白い丸が浮かび上がってきて、サイズを測る。１回で終わりと思いきや２つ目を探しサイズを測る。
ここで移植した胚盤胞２個が両方とも着床したことを知る
先生がカーテンの奥から顔を出して「順調ですね」とグーサインを出してくれる。
カーテンの奥から顔を出してくるのは初。
エコー画像の写真をもらって終了。
18:00pm 診察
先生と２個見えて順調であることを確認。
妊娠するとProtein S活性が下がることがあるので、今日採血して再検査をするとのこと。結果は２週間後。
今日は７weekまでの薬を処方。
次回の通院は、胎嚢の成長が順調なので血液検査結果の出る２週間後でいいとのこと。
このまま、２個とも成長するかどうか、１個だけが成長するか、２個とも成長しないかまだ分からないとのこと。
出産リスクについては、４０代での出産が増えている時代なので３０代後半の出産はリスクに入らない。多胎出産であることはリスクになるとのこと。
９weekでリプロは卒業するとのこと。
18:20pm 採血
採卵周期や移植周期と同じように採血し、バイアスピリンを服用しているので止血バンドを巻いてもらう。
5-10分は採血した側の腕で荷物は持たないようにとのこと。
19:00pm 処置室
薬と薬のスケジュール表をもらい終了。
19:15pm 会計
胎嚢確認が無事にできてすごく嬉しいはずが、思っていたほどテンションが上がらず。。ここでダメになったら、、という不安の方が大きい。。

Today, I am going to write about the experiences when I went to the clinic to confirm fetal sac/
It was one week after the fertility check.
As my appointment was 6pm and there was no 30min before urgent blood examination, I went to the clinic after work no hurry.
5:30pm Checked in
The waiting room was occupied about 30% and I found my seat very easily.
5:36pm Inspection
I was invited to inspection room.
I took off some of my clothing as always when we are in egg collection period and transplantation period and moved to an inspection room.
A doctor came and confirmed my condition.
He used the same kit as usual and put it in my private part and found 2 fetal sac.
He measured the sizes and told me they are twins and growing very well.
6pm Counseling
A doctor told me two eggs are in good condition.
In order to check the level of Protein S because it can be lower when we get pregnant, I need to take blood examination after the counseling. The result will be turned out in 2 weeks.
Today, I will get all medicine for by 7week.
Next visit will be in two weeks because the feta sac is in good.
He is not sure if two fetal sac will grow or not.
As for the pregnancy risk, before 40 is not a risk because the pregnancy of 40s is increasing.
But multiple pregnancy is high risk.
I will stop coming to RCT at 9week.
6:20pm Blood examination
I had my blood collected for one bottle and the medical staff hold a band to stop the bleeding.
She advised me not to hold a bag in the arm which my blood was collected.
7pm Treatment room
I received all medicine and a schedule.
7:15pm Paid my bill
I was not super excited as I had expected for the good result of today.
I am rather scared if I loose these two eggs…
