こんにちは。双子を出産したAmyです。
今日は帝王切開から４日後の入院生活について書きたいと思います。
この日は、子どもの聴覚検査がありました。
聴覚検査は、子どもにヘッドホンと脳波測定機を設置。
音を鳴らした時に脳波が反応するかかどうかで、聴覚機能を確認するものでした。
聴覚検査室は入院しているフロアとは違うフロアにあるので、
時間になったら、コットに乗った子どもを自分で連れて行きます。
まず１人目を検査に連れて行きます。
移動中は寝ていたのに、検査室に着いた途端に泣き始め、
検査スタッフの方が、検査中に泣き止むのではと
検査を開始してくれたものの、泣き止まず。。
再びコットに乗せて病室に戻る。。
次に、２人目を検査に連れて行くものの、１人目と同じく
検査室前で泣き出したため、検査スタッフの方が
空の乳首を加えさせると泣き止み、検査を完了することができました。
２人目を病室に戻し、１人目を再び検査室へ。
空の乳首で泣き止ませ検査完了。
この検査以外は、
子供が泣いたらあやす→おむつ 交換→授乳
の繰り返しで１日が過ぎて行きました。。

On this day, my babies had a hearing test.

The hearing function was checked by whether or not the brain waves responded to a sound.
The hearing room locates on a different floor to that I was.
When the time is up, I took my baby on cots to the test room.
I took the first one to the inspection first.
She was asleep during the trip, but as soon as we got to the testing room, she started crying.
As the inspection staff would stop crying during the inspection,
they started the examination.
But she did not stop crying.
I put her on the cot again and went back to the hospital room together.
Next, I took the second one for an examination just like the first one.
He started crying in front of the examination room.
When the staff let her have an empty nipple, she stopped crying and was able to complete the examination.
The second was returned to the hospital room and the first was returned to the exam room again.
The empty nipple stopped her crying and the test was completed.
Except for this test, I repeated sthoothe her, change her diaper, and feed her..
