こんにちは。双子出産したAmyです。
今日は帝王切開当翌日の流れを書きたいと思います。
6am 体温と血圧測定、採血(炎症チェック)
8am 血圧測定と座薬
座薬が効かなかったので、痛み止めの薬をもらう
痛み止め薬は6時間あけるようにとのこと
歩行練習は午後から
11am 授乳練習
助産師さんが双子を部屋まで連れてきてくれる。
２人とも寝ていて起きなかったため、授乳練習はなしに。
12am 昼食 流動食
1pm 歩けること確認して、尿管と点滴の針を抜く
1:30pm 身体拭き
まだシャワーに入れないため、助産師さんが持ってきてくれた桶に入っているお湯にタオルを浸して全身を拭く
2:30pm 授乳練習とおむつ変え見学
助産師さんが双子を病室に連れてきてくれる。
オムツ替えのやり方を教えてくれる
3時間ごとに授乳開始。
新生児室から双子が定期的に病室まで運ばれてくる
夕方から双子のうち１人と同室開始。
帝王切開翌日は、ひたすらオムツ替えと授乳を繰り返して終わる。。

Today I want to write about the process of the next day of the c-section.
6am Temperature, blood pressure readings, and blood sampling
8am Blood pressure measurement and suppositories
The suppositories didn't work, so I got some pain medication.
The medical staff told me to leave the pain medication for six hours.
Walking practice was this afternoon.
11am Breastfeeding practice
The midwife brought the twins to the room.
They were both asleep and didn't wake up, so no nursing practice.
12am Lunch; Liquid food
1pm Started walking and and removed the ureter and IV needle.
1:30 p.m. Body Wipe
Since I couldn’t take the shower yet, I used a towel in the hot water in the tub that the midwife brought me. Soaked and wiped all over.
2:30 p.m. Feeding practice and diaper change observation
The midwife brought the twins to the room.
She instructed me how to change the diaper.
Started breastfeeding every three hours.
Twins were brought from the neonatal unit to the hospital room on a regular basis.
I started rooming with one of the twins in the evening.
The day after the c-section, I end up changing diapers and nursing incessantly.
